Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
DACHLaunch provides analysis, localisation and improvement services for international marketplace listings targeting the German-speaking market.
2. No Guarantee of Results
DACHLaunch does not guarantee specific sales increases, rankings, conversion rates or any other quantifiable outcome. Results depend on numerous factors including product quality, pricing, reviews, competition, advertising, fulfilment, seasonality and other market conditions.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided through the URL audit tool are labelled as preliminary project estimates. The final binding quote is confirmed after a manual review.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reviewing deliverables, implementing recommendations, and compliance with marketplace policies and applicable laws.
5. Confidentiality
DACHLaunch treats all client information as confidential. Product information and uploaded files are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by DACHLaunch are transferred to the client upon full payment. DACHLaunch retains the right to use anonymised project examples for portfolio purposes.
7. Payment Terms
DACHLaunch operates under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung and does not charge VAT unless EU or non-EU B2B service regulations require different invoice treatment.
8. Independent Service Provider
DACHLaunch is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or any other marketplace platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
DACHLaunch is liable for damages only in cases of intent or groß negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Ravensburg, Germany.
11. No Tax or Legal Advice
DACHLaunch does not provide tax or legal advice. Any statements regarding VAT, customs or regulatory requirements are general information only.
