About DACHLaunch
A German-market consultancy built for international brands.
DACHLaunch was founded to solve a specific problem: international brands invest heavily in product development and advertising, then lose customers at the listing level because their message does not resonate with German buyers.
The problem we solve
Most listing localisation is done by translators who do not understand e-commerce conversion, or by AI tools that produce grammatically correct but commercially weak copy. Neither approach addresses what actually stops a German customer from clicking buy.
Our approach
We combine automated listing analysis with native German-market expertise. The automation accelerates research and pattern detection. The human review ensures every recommendation makes commercial sense for the DACH market specifically.
About the founder
DACHLaunch is operated by Alexander Schreder, based in Bodnegg, Germany. Alexander works with international e-commerce brands to improve their presence in German-speaking markets, with an initial focus on Amazon Germany.
What we believe
- Translation is a commodity. Localisation that drives conversion is a skill.
- Honesty about outcomes builds more trust than inflated promises.
- German customers are not harder to convince. They are differently convinced.
- Every recommendation should be traceable to a specific market insight.
